End of Lease Solutions

We provide all aspects of End of Lease / Contract management for our clients. Essentially this means we act as an independent third-party to facilitate the transfer of title on assets that have been originally funded on Finance Lease, Operating Lease or Hire agreements. Or on operating lease, assets can bought via a sales agency to remove themselves from the costly scenario of being accountable to pay return condition charges.

In the first instance we act on our clients behalf to ascertain asset sales values for the purpose of closing the lease. In most cases after we have agreed a mutual sale. We invoice the respective lessor for the asset and sell onto the client. This way we can evidence a formal sale, the passing of good title with the supporting documentary evidence. Upon completion of this process our clients can be safe in the knowledge that asset ownership is firmly with them. We are very well versed in this process as this can be a cumbersome process as each finance company has a different approach and methodology in the treatment of end of lease management.
