Advance Direct Lending 

Advance Direct Lending is a core part of the business which has evolved from providing funding for operating lease extensions and fleet refurbishment projects to a now substantial industrial asset finance operation. Our approach to lending our own money combines intrinsically knowing our clients operations with an excellent asset knowledge to provide bespoke funding solutions. This means we often support funding projects that many of the bank-owned funders do not have an appetite for.

For example, in recent times we have provided funding for:

• 10-15-year-old trailers including Road Tankers, Curtainsiders, Box Vans and Extendable Skeletals
• A Corporate re-livery programme to fund the Re-brand a fleet of Commercial Vehicles
• We have funded deposits for our clients purchasing on Hire Purchase contracts
• We have structured long term Operating leases on long-life transport assets
• The refinance of Residual Values for Trucks on Contract Hire agreements
• We have funded a large batch of Telematics Monitoring Systems installed on a Fleet of Vehicles

We fund all our agreements on a rental document, and the VAT is payable on the rentals. We will look at funding both new and used equipment, and we are very flexible to our approach on structuring the agreement period to suit yourselves.
